This week in Miami Happening’s Cocktail Corner, we’re heading downtown to CVI.CHE 105 for Peru’s national drink done right- the Pisco Sour.
Now, don’t get confused by those sickingly sweet Whiskey Sours that you used to down in college. This Pisco Sour is an impossibly light yet creamy cocktail. CVI.CHE 105 makes it with:
- PISCO 105
- Fresh lime Juice
- Simple syrup
- Pasteruzied egg whites
- Angostura bitters
Pair with a ceviche (we recommend the mixed seafood Rojiblanco – Virgin cream and rocoto pepper cream), and savor the deliciousness that is Peruvian cuisine.
