At the JW Marriott Miami’s Trapiche Room, they’ve added an innovative twist to the classic indulgence with their Lemon Ginger Crab Cake, which features fruity mango, avocado salsa, and sesame flat bread.
Led by Chef Alex Paz, The Trapiche Room draws inspiration from all parts of the Mediterranean with their “made from scratch” recipes.
