Florida’s semi-tropical climate means a year-round growing season and plenty of tropical fruits. From our famous citrus groves (all three-quarters of a million acres of them!) to fresh seafood to even our own style of honey- Tupelo, there are many delicious local flavors to savor.
The JW Marriott Miami is celebrating those flavors in their new Florida inspired menu at La Terraza Cafe & Bar on Monday, March 9th.
Executive Chef Alex Paz has revamped the menu, which features new and traditional American cuisine, incorporating fresh products from local farmers into the dishes. Menu highlights include Florida Lobster Roll, Farmers Greens and Grilled Chicken, only-in-Miami Hog Snapper and 48-hour Pork Shoulder. Check out the full menu here.
